Director of Sales/Vice President of Operations

Jerry Holden serves as our Director of Sales/Vice President of Operations for on-campus, and off campus development. Jerry provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions. Jerry manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. He implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit, Provides direction and structure for operating units, and develops and creates strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

Effective first of the year 2009 Jerry Holden took over the position of Vice-President of Operations/Director of Sales at University Housing Solutions. Prior to this appointment Jerry was the Chief Executive Officer for the Holden Property Group. As the Executive officer Jerry’s primary responsibility was to provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry, Develop a strategic plan to the advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Also Jerry oversaw the company’s day to day operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost effective management of resources. He would approve the company operational procedures, polices, and standards. Represent the company at committee meetings, and not limited to directing the company planning and policy-making committees.

Jerry is married to Lindsey, they have one son Jaren, and they live in Ontario, Ohio.

Jerry is a former professional baseball player; he likes to workout, run, plays golf, and enjoys socializing with family and friends.
